A dual US-German national, Rita specializes in global business skills training, relocation training and teambuilding programs for global virtual teams serving clients in the for-profit and non-profit sectors in the U.S. and Europe.

Robert P.K. Johnson, SIETAR UK president, is a London-based intercultural consultant and trainer who worked extensively on the programming of the SIETAR Europa Congress in Sofia in 2007.

Leah Davcheva is an intercultural trainer and consultant in Sofia Bulgaria where she heads AHA MOMENTS. Together with Rob Johnson she managed the SIETAR Europa congress in Sofia in 2007.

Stephan Winiker, Young SIETAR webmaster, Advisor Projects, intetercultural Learning & IT at AFS Switzerland, created this internet presence and advises and supports the coordinating team in all issues related to webpublishing and online collaboration.
