Students, the financially disadvantaged, and retired SIETAR members, not earning more then 15'000 € or 22'000 $ (net annual) are eligible to apply for the reduced rate.

Global SIETAR has set up a scholarship program to enable people to participate in the congress who cannot afford to pay the reduced rate. Global SIETAR seeks sponsorship monies to subsidize the cost of scholarship attendees.
